Fellanin II
Camp Brannigan (The Great Expanse Water Treatment Plant)
Draconis Combine

From the office of Intelligence Officer Captain Guy "Bloodhound" Daniels:
Word is getting around that this conflict was looking good for us for awhile, but after the Combine came in with reinforcements and loads of fresh 'Mechs across the Davion and Steiner fronts, it's been collapsing all around us. The 71st Regiment from the Eridani Light Horse is informing us that they are pulling out of Fellanin II; guarantee you that ComStar is going to lean heavily towards the Eridani about a contract dispute on this one. But you know what that means.
We're alone, and surrounded by hostiles everywhere.
The systematic destruction of the 4th Proserpina Hussars wherever we were has driven them off world as well, so our only neighbors are the 2nd Arkab Legion. I wanted to pull out as well, but given the staunch defense of the water treatment plant, I think we can hold onto this little paradise for a little bit longer. Once we get our 'Mechs back, we'll get out of here.
I think High Command has either forgotten about us, or we have been an ideal distraction for some other plot they have going on, because the 2nd Arkab Legion were dealt a very serious blow today. You do not recover easily from losing a company of 'Mechs and another lance of Assaults (albeit from the 4th Hussars). That stings.
Formerly Sho-Sa Steven Nichols has defected from the Draconis Combine on the spot and is going to lead us to Stonework, or at least the last known location of it. With luck, we find the 'Mech, and he'll take off for mercenary endeavors. As such, his Victor will be returned to him.
We will collude on the next mission. The raid I was planning will have to wait, as the location he is suggesting is not the location I had in mind. He has all sorts of data of this planet's bases and outposts on his Victor. This is going to be fun.

Two weeks for customizations.
All players gain 1 additional experience point for the marathon run of this mission.
