And ... whatever that "Mauler" thing is... in the base. Because the base was captured with no fleeing 'Mechs, the Dracs are none the wiser that their base is taken. We could take the world, too, but I think that is against High Command's wishes, and also well above our pay grade. I'd rather get off of Groveld as soon as possible, I don't see how people can actually live here. I haven't seen a tree here. And here I thought Kennard sucked. I could let the NAIS know about this 'Mech we picked up, and I kind of want to send their way anyway because I get a .... feeling about this thing. I saw guncam footage of how it just shambled and rattled away, like it was poorly crafted together just in time for the upcoming conflict. Breaking its gyro before its armor was breached was a sign of that craftsmanship. To save us some eight jumps or whatever, our next mission will be launched from this location, not from Pitkin.
