After Action Report Results from last mission: November 15, 3038 Pitkin, Federated Commonwealth Duchy of O'Reilly Incoming transmission... Source: Channel 6 Pitkin News Violence swept the O'Reilly territories earlier today as the civilian population took up arms against their overtaxing oppressors. A single Wolf's Dragoons operative, native to Pitkin, headed up the angry mob and gave them loose direction. Duke Bannon O'Reilly, pulling up in a Thorn and with an entourage of medium and heavy 'Mechs, and another lance of light 'Mechs, turned on his own population after seemingly being outnumbered, he himself firing and landing the first shot. This salvo of missiles sparked the battle. The 2nd Delinquents Irregulars showed up only seconds later, their objective clear as they sought out the Duke himself. After a minute of chaos, the Duke's Thorn was shattered. It should be noted that these same people, through the company Tarot Independent Trading, had allegedly sold the majority of the Duke's BattleMechs to them. The Wolfpack Defense Force swept in later to enforce a very brief martial law, to only last a single day. Bannon O'Reilly's sister, Barbara, took the Duke's place in position, and has enacted immediate changes to substantially reduce taxes and better the lives of her people. "We won't get fooled again," was her ending statement. Bannon was arrested for firing upon his own subjects by the Wolfpack Defense Force. Transmission Ends... Hadi Baruti, the Wolf's Dragoons MechWarrior, has been with the Dragoons for a few years. He has lived here on Pitkin before signing up with them, and was on vacation before the riots began, which explains his presence. He got to speak with us later on that he is thankful that he has friends to count on here on Pitkin. He will attempt to pitch to his superiors when his vacation is over that we do not see the Wolf's Dragoons as an enemy in the future. BattleMechs Lost: No units were lost.
